The double room suited us: it had cable TV and a mini-fridge. Had comfortable location near a beautiful park, next to St Michael's Church...

The total stay was perfect for the price. We stayed in an a decent size room, which had a view of the harbor. The good and magnificent location was metres from Southover Grange Gardens. You could walk to a mall and a market. The restaurant was amazing and food was amazing.

Excellent staff, location and facilities. Breakfast excellent with something for everyone. Great view of bay.
Parking system could be better with confusion with tickets when leaving. Wireless internent would be better than wired.

In my business working with U.S. Navy, the Mercure Hotel is the most conveniently located to Yokosuka Naval Base with many dining and shopping sites within easy walking distance.

Reasonably clean place with beautiful view of the bay. Thanks to the professional staff everything was perfect, including variety ofgood food. Marvellous breakfast and variety of goodies. Perfect, comfortable location in Yokosuka, near to the Navy base, a mall, a Starbucks, and two train lines as well as the super market in the shopping plaza across the street. Also, right next to the train station.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and well kept. We enjoyed the breakfasts very much. We did have some problems with the lights in the bathroom not always working (room 1104) and as a family with a child we were hoping for a pool and some facilities for play, with a hotel your size a pool is highly recommended.

The room was adequately prepared for two people to be able to comfortably move around and not be in eachothers way often. The television was a bit smaller than anticipated but it was close enough to the bed to offset the difference. There was a led display just outside the door of the room letting the room service people if you wanted or didnt want any service that day which was convienent as I have had people remove/change the ones that hang on the handle before.

Very friendly staff. Nice looking hotel. Right next to Shioiri train station. The Deluxe room has great amenities. Free water. Free wired internet in the rooms. Free newspaper. The room was very clean. No bed bugs. The bathroom was also fitted with pretty much everything you'll need. Also, If it's raining in Yokosuka, you can borrow an umbrella at the lobby for free. The hotel is right across a shopping mall and supermarket. If you're planning to visit Yokosuka, Mercure hotel is a great choice.
The rooms are small for the price. If you can afford it, get the biggest room and upgrade to the bay view side.

I had a fantastic four-night stay with genuinely impressive pajama comforts and a wide variety of breakfast options, especially loved the Japanese pastries. The room was spacious, way more than I expected!

Location to us Navy base. Great view. Good price. Fast internet.
No handicap facilities is a big minus for a hotel of this type. Poor selection of international tv channels. Typical tiny Japanese style room. Vending machines only had beer and local health drinks.
